No nationality

Can’t remember where I took this one, it was in a city somewhere. Might have been Rotterdam, where people are known for their offensive directness. The reason I think it’s a city, is because the quote fits so well with the Dutch romantic idea of the ‘urban citizen’. At home everywhere, the world as their oyster, have laptop will occupy coffee table, etc.

Then again, it could just as easily refer tot stateless citizens, lost in the wheels of bureaucracy. In which case, the ‘fuck you’ becomes genuinely offensive.
